Crate training

Crate training

Whether you are in the camp that belives in dog training or not - the fact remains the puppers needed somewhere safe and cleanable to stay overnight with mum. Mum is a much loved bed dog and hence puppers became bedroom crate trained overnight. She gave up sleeping with them several weeks ago preferring the comfort of my bed!

Between around 10pm and 7am they are quite used to being with their littermates in a playpen foldable crate - puppy pads one end and soft blanky the other.

Its easy to clean and a safe portable spot for them.

Being 8 of them they have grown out of the large pen and into an extra large one. Of which there isn't really the room in my bedroom!

So puppers come pre crate trained
